On
behalf of the South African National Defence Force and the SASAEM, it is my
pleasure and privilege to extend an invitation to all aviation health personnel
around the world to attend the 52nd International Congress on Aviation and Space
Medicine in South Africa during September 2004.
The
conference will be held at the magnificent Sun City hotel and conference
facility in the North West Province of South Africa from 5 - 9 September
2004,and promises to be a conference to remember. Not only have we planned the
widest range of scientific activities, but the warm days and exciting social
programme in the beautiful setting of Sun City will introduce you to some of the
splendours of South Africa.
For
those who wish to explore our beautiful country either before or after the
conference, a wide range of pre- and post-congress tours are planned. Sun City
is the ideal holiday getaway, and in this regard we have also planned an
exciting accompanying person programme, as well as a varied leisure day for the
Wednesday of the conference.
The
conference facilities at Sun City are state of the art, and will ensure a
relaxing and comfortable atmosphere Conducive to the presentation of an
outstanding scientific conference. Similarly, the industry exhibition promises
to be large and varied, with something of interest to all who attend. Adequate
opportunities and venues exist at the complex for meetings and the discussions
that are such an important part of a conference of this nature. All in all, we
