This lecture, by Dr Charles Azzopardi,  discusses how to approach hazard identification and risk assessment for chambers and what to do and how to prioritise the findings when there are deviations from the appropriate norms, standards, or recommendations.

 Charles is a fine art architecture photographer, a self-taught long exposure guru, a diving and hyperbaric medical specialist, and a self-proclaimed writer. He is also an accomplished technical sidemount diver who enjoys spelunking in the underwater depths.
